I just returned home from the Bahamas and I wanted to tell you that I was completely impressed with your operation. My family and I went on your Friday morning snorkel trip and then I took your introductory scuba class with my son on Saturday morning at Atlantis. I just wanted to tell you that the instructor on Saturday morning (his name was Nathan I believe), was outstanding. I teach young people in a organization similar to scouts, and I was very impressed with Nathan's ability to get very important information across in a fun manner, but with an emphasis that will make the information stick with the students. Rene, and her very tall boy friend (I am bad with names) were excellent in-water instructors, and I can tell you that when my son and I do our PADI qualification classes in a couple of years I am planning on coming to your facility for the referral dives. Thanks for a great experience.

Dear Staff of Stuart Cove’s:
I just wanted to thank you all for such a wonderful snorkeling experience in the Bahamas! While on vacation in the first week of August 2005, my boyfriend and I booked 2 snorkel trips with Stuart Cove’s, the first on August 3 and the second on August 5. Your operation is fantastic!! The staff were all friendly and helpful; your boat was large, clean and well maintained; and the crew were wonderfully entertaining and funny. This was important to me, since this was my first time ever snorkeling. The crew of the Zambezi made me feel extremely confident about getting in the water (I don’t swim well) and were very knowledgeable instructing me on my first snorkel adventure (scared first-timer). We booked with Stuart Cove’s mainly because of the snorkeling with sharks adventure and I have to say that it was the highlight of my boyfriends snorkel! I, meanwhile, wondered what the heck I was doing in the water with sharks! But, I still enjoyed the experience immensely!! While in the Bahamas we also booked a snorkel cruise with a competitor of yours. All I can say is it was the most disappointing trip I had ever booked. We were so impressed with your crew and operation that we booked a second snorkel with you before we left for home. The ease of booking our first snorkel trip online was awesome! Thank you so very much for a wonderful and memorable experience. We definitely will recommend Stuart Cove’s to anyone visiting the Bahamas and count on returning in the future to experience the mini SUB excursion. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

To Stuart Cove Snorkel Adventure personnel:
I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know of the great time we had last Sunday (2/6). Because our cruise ship came into Nassau at an irregular time, we weren’t able to make the scheduled pick-ups for traditional times. However, after a few phone calls, you were able to arrange a bus just for our group of twenty six. We then got a special chartered boat specifically for our little clan. To make a long story short, we all had a great time, clearly one of the highlights of the entire cruise. Our two guides were very cordial, fun, informative, and helpful. I wish I could remember the names, but both guys were awesome, especially the guide who dove through both the plane and the sunken ship. Both snorkel areas were beautiful and interesting. And obviously, the experience with the sharks was unforgettable. I just wanted to thank you again for accommodating our schedule, and providing us with lasting memories. Thank you again.

xxxx and I had a great time on Saturday's snorkeling trip. Your staff was great . . . xxxx can be a bit difficult (he is autistic) but he was very adventurous and eager. It seemed like our trip had both advanced divers and first-timers and the staff was very accommodating so that everyone had an optimal experience.
So grateful that you have masks for very near-sighted snorkelers like me!

We went on your snorkel tour on Saturday. We have snorkeled at least a dozen other places, but none of them were as well run. Your boat had 3 "hands" on deck, most others only have 2. No other tour we have gone on did the guides go in the water and show us things. They took pictures under water and on the boat with marine life that we held. All three seemed to love their job and be excited about what we were doing. They also dispelled rumors that sharks are dangerous by nature. Its ironic that most tours end with a request for tips. This tour deserved tips the most but seemed reluctant to ask for them. Also when I called your competitor about a snorkel trip, he discouraged it because we were so far from the cruise ship. Thanks for a great trip. If you have time to write back what was the name of the sharks we "swam" with.
